Sport Surfaces offers only the best plexitrac running tracks to start your new running track-building project. These surfaces use cutting-edge track technology to provide your runner with the best possible surface to keep them safe and comfortable.
Because of their resilience, water-based formulation, and durability, they are used all over the globe. They are now among the best options available because of their exceptional attributes.
Their qualities make them the perfect running track system for peak sports achievement. The following are just a few of the incredible advantages of utilizing our EPDM or SBR surfaces:
Poly-resin binders: they enable your runners to run comfortably and efficiently simultaneously.
- Three to six layers of SBR rubber make up the system.
- Then, 1-3 more layers of more minor SBR rubber are applied.
- Lastly, the wearing surface is coated in two coats.
- After that, the track is stripped, and running lanes may be created with an optional striping certification.
Cutting-Edge Technology: Every One of Our Surfaces Is Made To:
- Reduce weariness and muscle damage by absorbing force on the runners’ joints.
- Increased cushioning transfers intense pressure to the rubber surface below.
- Provide varying degrees of cushioning according to the specific requirements of each kind of runner.
Weather Protection: Thanks to the Plexitrac Technology, Runners May Enjoy Year-Round Running:
- Provide defense against intense UV radiation
- Rainy climates’ resistance to slippage
- shields against the icy cold and snow in colder climes
- The Plexitrac system suits runners in temperatures ranging from 40 to 120 degrees.
- The unique UV composition shields the track’s pigmentation from color fading.
Satisfies the Specifications Set out by the Iaaf: The Water-Based Resins Provide Runners Who Are:
- Not harmful
- Sturdy
- environmentally friendly
These all satisfy the International Amateur Sports Federation’s standards.
Free from environmental risks: no heavy metals nor mercury were used in the design of our system.
Additionally, we resurface the running track using recyclable materials. Unlike many other running track producers, we always care to be environmentally friendly.
Minimal maintenance requirements: long-lasting surface performance is a given with these solutions.

The Accelerator Plexitrac
It provides the best performance in terms of texture, durability, and athletic ability. The polyresin plexitrac coating applied to the accelerator’s EPDM surface top ensures consistency and a long-lasting, UV-stable color.
Incredibly textured—offers the most grip and vibrancy of color, meets the IAAF’s standards for force reduction and deformation, and minimal upkeep expenses
QuickSync Lightning
It is made up of specific black SBR rubber granules joined by a black plexitrac binder that has been colored. A highly pigmented black final layer of surfacer or plexitrac coating is applied on top of Lightning. This increases the abrasion resistance and long-term UV light stability. Plexitrac Lightning may be upgraded to the Plexitrac Accelerator during the planned maintenance cycle.
Flash Plexitrac
For customers who are budget-concerned, this conventional track surfacing solution is perfect. Flash is made of a base layer of black Sbr rubber linked with a red plexitrac binder for color depth. A plexitrac coating, also known as a plexitrac surfacer, shields an individual layer of EPDM granule.
Rich hue and moderate texture. Available in blue, green, or red.
Surfacer Plexitrac
It is a retexturizing finish and polyresin coating for existing urethane and latex track surfaces. Reviving your worn running track surface is easy with the Plexitrac surfacer. EPDM rubber grains are mixed into the highly pigmented formulation to mimic the texture and infill of an existing track surface.
The XP Accelerator Plexitrac
The newest addition to the Plexitrac running track system lineup is Plexitrac XP. The enhanced performance binder is used to get IAAF certification. This system has several advantages, including its remarkable strength and elongation components. Depending on what you require for your running track, there is a variety of thicknesses from 12 to 15 mm.
